40 decades ago the viticulturist family that founded Dominio de la Vega were the primary participants in creating CAVA from the region of Requena. Right from the beginning (nearly 2 decades ago) they took a gamble by focusing on revealing the potential hidden in
the native BOBAL variety.

“This Idilicum has a pale yellow color with green highlights and fine, elegant bubbles. Fine aromatic notes of fruit (apple and citrus) and also of fresh bread. On the palate, this cava has very well integrated and lively bubbles with light baking flavors and is fresh and perfectly balanced”

“The Dominio de la Vega Cavas are from the DO of Valencia. The Non-Vintage Brut Rose was made from 100% Garnacha. It offers a fragrant nose of strawberry and rhubarb leading to a crisp, elegant, tasty bubbly with persistent effervescence and good length. Drink all of these Cavas over the next 4-5 years.”
